Unfortunately, most of us aren't taught how to get quiet. We aren't taught to go within to find the answers to our questions. And most importantly, we aren't taught to trust our own inner guidance.

Like most people, I spent years looking outside of myself to feel connected to my purpose. I often felt confused and lost about the direction of my life.

My journey to intuitive living did not happen overnight. It has taken many years and many books, courses and mentors, and of course, daily practice, to come to a place where I feel connected to my intuition.

Over the years I have practiced meditation, trained in Reiki, and worked with various tools and methods to access my intuition. I received certification as a Transformational Coach and as a Soul Realignment Practitioner® allowing me to connect deeply with who I was on the inside. I listened to my inner voice and started taking action.

Eventually I learned that everything I was searching for would never be found outside of myself at all.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now! Wise You is designed to be a 3-week course, however, it is available as completely self-paced online course - which means you can take as much or as little time as you need to complete the course.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as the course is offered.
What if I am unhappy with the course?

How much time will I need each day to work through the material?
The meditations and exercises are designed to be quick & simple. Allow 5-10 minutes a day to try the exercises. You can certainly spend more time if you are enjoying the exercises and meditations and want to go deeper.
Will this program work for me? I’ve never meditated and I’m not really into woo-woo.
I believe that everyone can access their inner voice – and it doesn’t have to feel woo-woo at all! I’m sharing the exercises and tools that I feel are the easiest & simplest to use to connect to your inner wisdom and the ones that have worked best for me & my clients.
